At BICOASTAL MGMT, we are always looking to add interns to our ever-growing family. We specialize in providing clients with fit, print, commercial, showroom, runway, and plus models. We also have a variety of legit and voice-over talent in both New York and Los Angeles.

What does an internship look like?
Our interns may perform many duties including answering phones, filing photos, assisting with the uploading of pictures and resumes onto our webstie, social media posting, assisting our staff during interviews, processing contracts and assisting model bookers by calling, emailing or texting talent or running errands.

  • Learning about customer service and effective communication
Internship requirements:
Outgoing, positive personalties are key to the fast-paced and creative environment of our agency. Our client are among some of the most notable names in fashion, so professionalism is required at all times. Because of our fast-paced environment, quick study interns are preferred as sometimes training is minimal. 
Interns must have a willingness to perform the unglamorous parts of our job, such as filing, organizing, etc. We require a three month minimum commitment. Interns may contribute for a minimum of 2 - 3 days a week for 16 - 20 hours, but is dependent on availability. This is not a paid position, but school credit is an option and we offer a daily stipend.
